Dr. Sarker graduated with an M.B.B.S from Sher-E-Bangla Medical College, Barisal, in 2013 and earned his MS (CVTS) from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) in 2021. He has completed several specialized courses including a Certificate Course on Diabetes CCD (BIRDEM), a Certificate Course on Ultrasonography (CMU), and Advanced Training on Echocardiography from Shristy Academy. He is skilled in Vascular Duplex study, Echocardiography (TEE, TTE), Bronchoscopy (Fibre optic and Rigid), Ultrasonography, Peripheral Angiogram, and VATS (Video Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery).

He possesses extensive experience in diagnosing and treating various cardiovascular conditions, deep knowledge of heart and blood vessel diseases, and has conducted research on deep vein thrombosis. Dr. Sarker excels in devising effective care plans, critical thinking.

Dr. Sarker's surgical expertise includes CABG (Beating Off-pump/On-pump), Valve replacement & repair (Mitral, Aortic, etc.), Congenital Heart Surgery (ASD, VSD, TOF), and vascular procedures such as Aortoilliac, Aortofemoral, Femoropopliteal Bypass Surgeries. He is also proficient in ECMO, any sort of emergency Vascular trauma or injury and VATS procedures. Dr. Sarker achieved recognition for performing the first-ever totally amputated Hand reimplant surgery in Chattogram.

He has contributed to medical literature in international journals.

Dr. Sarker has worked at Evercare Hospital Dhaka from 25 May 2021 to 01 October 2021 and has been serving at Evercare Hospital Chattogram since 03 October 2021.
