Areas of expertise

• Dr. Bhaskar Chakraborty completed his MBBS at Chittagong Medical College & Hospital under Chittagong University in July 2011. He then pursued advanced specialization in Radiotherapy, earning his FCPS from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons in July 2017, where he achieved the distinction of being the youngest oncologist in the country at the time.
• Dr. Bhaskar is a renowned Consultant Clinical and Radiation Oncologist with extensive expertise in modern oncology. He completed his MBBS from Chittagong Medical College & Hospital, followed by an FCPS in Radiotherapy from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS). Dr. Chakraborty also holds a distinguished Gold Medal as the Professor Sayyid Fazlul Huq Memorial Gold Medal Winner for Best Young Investigator in 2016.
• Dr. Bhaskar has honed his skills in modern precision radiotherapy techniques such as 4DCRT, 3DCRT, IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SBRT, and SRS, as well as in advanced cancer chemotherapy and immunotherapy. His contributions to oncology include various publications in national and international journals, addressing diverse aspects of cancer treatment.
• Before joining Evercare Hospital Chattogram, Dr. Chakraborty served as the Chief Coordinator of the Academic and Research Wing at Ahsania Mission Cancer and General Hospital in Dhaka. He also previously held the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Oncology at Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College and Hospital (KYAMCH).
• He has actively participated in national and international seminars and conferences, presenting scientific papers and sharing his insights with the global medical community.
