- Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Md. Zamil Zaidur Rahim graduated (MBBS) from Rajshahi Medical College, one of the top medical colleges in Bangladesh in 1994.
- He joined the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (NITOR), the highest academic institution in orthopaedics in Bangladesh, in 2005 and completed his M.S. degree in 2009.
- Dr. Zamil completed the fellowship in arthroscopy and arthroplasty in 2013 from the renowned Apollo Hospital in Delhi, India.
- Additionally, in 2019, Dr. Zamil received advanced training in Orthopaedics and Ilizarov Surgery from the University of Health Science, Turkey.
- Before joining Evercare Hospital in Dhaka, he served in Bangladesh Army for 27 years, where he successfully completed more than 3000 arthroscopic, over 200 knee and hip replacements and numerous trauma, orthopaedic and Ilizarov surgeries.
- He was an instructor for post-graduate students at CMH Dhaka and served as an Associate Professor at Army Medical College, Cumilla and Chattogram.
- Dr. Zamil has actively participated in numerous scientific conferences and workshops both nationally and internationally. He has conducted extensive research and published several articles in the fields of orthopaedics, trauma, arthroscopy and arthroplasty in both national and international journals.
